Path to upgrade to APEX.

Ongoing support

APEX is the next generation for our automation systems and is our new flagship. Both Digilink-HD & Digilink-Xtreme will continue to be supported, by both phone and email support. Both systems work with Windows 10 PC's, and support material for both can be found here.

 

 

Upgrade options

All current Xtreme & HD customers will have the option of upgrading to the APEX automation on your timetable. There are a handful of options for upgrading, based on your current payment setup:

 

 

Monthly / Yearly Users

OPTION 1 - Switch to APEX software - Keep your Bridge hardware.

If you keep your existing hardware, it is then as simple as upgrading to the APEX at the new price. The satellite version is $125/mo. You will receive 1 APEX-Tools license. Additional licenses can be purchased for a one-time charge of $250 each.

For example, if you currently pay $200/month for 2 Xtreme stations, you can upgrade at $250/month.

 

OPTION 2 - Switch to APEX software - Switch to Harmony Sound Card hardware.

You will be placed on the new pricing structure + an additional one-time fee of $400 per station.

For example, a group of two stations with Xtreme, one does satellite ($125/mo), the other hard disk only ($100/mo), they were at $200/mo, but will now be at $225/mo. If they keep their Bridge for the satellite station, and then switch to the Harmony Switcher, then there would be a one time charge of $400.

 

 

Buyout Users

OPTION 1 - Switch to APEX software - Keep your Bridge hardware.

There will be a one time fee of $2,499, which includes customer support and software updates for one year.

 

OPTION 2 - Switch to APEX software - Switch to Harmony hardware.

Hard Disk Only - $2,699
